Terms and conditions of PrimeTel-Revolut visa card rewards program.
1. These Terms and Conditions regulate the issue and use of the “PrimeTel Visa Card” (hereinafter “Card”), which is issued and provided by Revolut Ltd (hereinafter “Revolut”), in collaboration with the company “PrimeTel PLC” (hereinafter “Primetel”). The card subscriber in order to activate and use the Card shall first adhere to the special terms that govern its use and can be found in https://www.revolut.com/cy/terms via Primetel - Revolut App. Moreover, he/she must successfully complete the identification procedure, according to the respective terms and internal controls of Revolut. Revolut is exclusively responsible for the activation and identification of the user as well as for the account usage and any charges that may arise according to the published price list of Revolut, (Company number 08804411, Registered office 9th Floor, 107 Cheapside, London, United Kingdom, EC2V 6DN, Head office Level39, One Canada Square, Canary Wharf, London, United Kingdom, E14 5AB). Revolut is exclusively responsible for the Service and support of the Apps’ users. Revolut is responsible for any customer claims relating to PrimeTel-Revolut Account and/or PrimeTel-Revolut Card. PrimeTel is solely responsible for matters relating to the rewards program.
2. The Card rewards program is addressed to both Primetel PLC’ mobile subscribers and not Primetel PLC’ mobile subscribers, who have acquired and successfully activated the Card.
4. The Card and/or the PrimeTel-Revolut account are linked through the PrimeTel App to the Primetel’s rewards program.
5. Every month, the subscriber is further rewarded by Primetel for both the use of the Card and the account he/she holds related to the Revolut application.
6. It is noted that only Primetel PLC mobile subscribers of Unlimited, Flexi and Pay As You Go will also benefit from the following:
6.1. In the first five (5) business days of each calendar month, the subscriber will receive 1MB free of charge for every €1 spent during the previous calendar month for purchases with the Card and/or by using the Revolut account for online purchases. No transfers of money to other bank accounts except commercial transactions are considered, in the total amount of purchases. The subscriber will receive a message informing him/her about both the activation and the number of MBs as well as for their exhaustion
6.2. In addition, upon activation of the Card, the subscriber of Primetel Mobile telephony will receive 1GB mobile internet free of charge for use within 30 days. The subscriber can use the 1GB mobile internet in addition to the MBs included in the mobile programme he/she chooses only for local use and within a Primetel network and not when roaming. The subscriber will receive a message that will inform him/her about both the activation and the exhaustion of the MB of the rewards program. The 1GB will be available to the subscriber within ten (10) business days, from the date of the activation of the Card.
7. It is clarified that the MB which the subscriber receives as a reward for the activation and use of the Card and/or PrimeTel-Revolut account, can only be used within the Primetel mobile program, whose mobile number has been used for subscription and activation of the account, only for local use and within a Primetel network, while at the same time, the subscriber can only benefit with MB for as long as he/she keeps active Primetel’s Mobile Telephony for the same Mobile Phone number he/she has chosen as a User Name when register to the Revolut application.
8. For the performance of the reward program, the subscriber of the card understands and accepts that PrimeTel will receive from Revolut Ltd and process the necessary data regarding the Card’s movement and/or of the PrimeTel-Revolut account through the PrimeTel App.
9. The Primetel is entitled to modify and/or to revise these terms and conditions, if Primetel deems it appropriate or if required by any law or regulation or upon order or instructions by any regulatory, judicial, governmental or other competent Authority or if Primetel determines at its absolute discretion that this is required for the purposes of maintaining or improving the Services or for the better and/or more efficient operation for Primetel or for the purposes of uniform and equal treatment of all its subscribers or for any other reason PrimeTel deems appropriate. Any amendment and/or revision will be published on PrimeTtel’s website and will be effective from that date.
10. The terms of Primetel’s rewards program are posted on https://revolut.primetel.com.cy and are also available at every Primetel Network Branch. The subscriber is required to visit the Company’s website at regular intervals and to be informed of the revised terms.
